Spring 2007 News in Adobe PDF format Nick Peterson becomes a Certified Treecare Safety Professional Brandy Holtz BS in Business Administration New Employees.


  • Nick Peterson has become a CTSP (Certified Treecare Safety Professional). Nick was one of the first thirteen in the country (and the first in Wisconsin) to pass this rigorous program. The Tree Care Industry Association has created this certification program to improve the safety of our industry. Nick heads up our safety program as Safety Coordinator.
  • Brandy Holtz has just received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration degree from Cardinal Stritch University. She has already been using her newly acquired knowledge to improve Wachtel.
  • A Wachtel crew donated a day this spring for the Ozaukee Washington Land Trust at the Mequon Nature Preserve. The day was spent clearing a lot of buckthorn and working with Erin Schneider, Nature Preserve manager.
