Master Arborist

Summer 2005 News in Adobe PDF format Three Wachtel Arborists become Board Certified Master Arborists following a rigorous exam administered by the International Society of Arboriculture that covers all aspects of arboriculture.

Anthony Arnoldi, Paul Markworth and David Scharfenberger recently demonstrated their professional competency by successfully completing the intensive BOARD CERTIFIED MASTER ARBORIST examination administered through the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA).

The Board Certified Master Arborist (BCMA) is the highest level of certification and recognizes those who have reached the pinnacle of their profession. Achieving this top credential requires significant experience, advanced education and the ability to apply an in-depth knowledge of trees.

At this time, there are less than 60 BCMAs worldwide, making Dave, Paul and Tony members of a very select group of arborists. They are great examples of what Wachtel is all about—applying science, experience and knowledge to help both residential and commercial clients maintain beautiful and healthy trees.

Wachtel Tree Science & Service, Inc. has always prided itself in being on the leading edge of tree care in Wisconsin. Having the first three Board Certified Master Arborists in Wisconsin continues our tradition of being the Wisconsin leader in tree care.
