President & ISA Board Certified Master Arborist, Dave Scharfenberger is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point with a BS in Urban Forestry and has over 35 years of experience in the science of tree care. Dave is on the Board of Directors and V.P. on the Executive Committee of the International Society of Arboriculture. Dave is also a Wisconsin Arborist Association Honorary Life Member and is an active member of the Tree Care Industry Association and the Wisconsin Landscape Contractors Association. He is a past president of the Wisconsin Arborist Association and is a recipient of their Distinguished Service Award. Dave has also received the Wisconsin Urban Forestry Council's Distinguished Service Award. Dave is on the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Emerald Ash Borer Management Panel.

Paul Markworth

ISA Board Certified Master Arborist, Paul Markworth has a BS degree in Forest Management from Purdue University and has over 40 years of experience working with trees and their problems. He is a past president of the Wisconsin Arborist Association and has received both their Distinguished Service and Honorary Life Member Awards.

Diagnostician & ISA Certified Arborist, Jeff Hagfors has been caring for trees for over 26 years. Jeff graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point with a BS degree in Forestry. He is a member of the International Society of Arboriculture, the Tree Care Industry Association and the Wisconsin Arborist Association. One of Jeff's projects won the 2002 Excellence in Arboriculture Grand Award.

Diagnostician & ISA Certified Arborist, Jean Ferdinandsen graduated from the University of Wisconsin with BS and MS degrees in Horticulture. She is also a licensed and certified pesticide applicator. Jean is a member and past president of the Wisconsin Arborist Association, and has received their Distinguished Service Award. A Life-Member of the International Society of Arboriculture, Jean has over 33 years of experience in the care of trees and shrubs and diagnosing their problems.

Ron graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point with a bachelor's degree in Urban Forestry. He is a member of the International Society of Arboriculture and Wisconsin Arborist Association. Ron is also a licensed and certified pesticide applicator.
