How Did You Get Your Start at Wachtel Tree Science and Why Did You Choose Wachtel as Your Employer?
While I was working at a different tree care company, my coworkers kept talking about how Wachtel’s safety standards were much higher than other companies so when the opportunity arose to switch companies I took it.
What Do You Like Best About Working at Wachtel Tree Science?
I find my role in Plant Health Care very rewarding. I get to save trees every day and keep them healthy and beautiful.
What Advice/Tips Do You Have for Aspiring Tree Care Professionals?
Don’t be afraid to get started. While formal education is a plus in this field it’s not a requirement. You learn a lot on the job and many companies (including Wachtel) will assist with formal education through apprenticeship programs.
Hobbies and Interests:
Sewing, quilting, cross stitch, gardening and golfing.
