What Our Clients Mean to Us

I can remember like it was yesterday. I was full of knowledge and ready to tackle the world. This was the first day of my career. It was full of many emotions, the most vivid of which was a genuine fear. Mostly it was the fear of having to speak with clients. What would these people be like? Will they trust me? Will they like me? What if they ask me a question that I don’t know the answer to!?… Ohhh that would be terrible!!

Fast forward almost 20 years and believe it or not, some of these same thoughts still go through my head as I approach a new client for the first time. Thankfully, as it turns out, you are all very compassionate, understanding, and patient. In fact my interactions with all of you have proven to be some of the most valuable treasures that I have ever come across in my life.

Meeting new people every day has taught me a lot about life. Every interaction, no matter how brief, has helped to mold me into who I am as an arborist today. More importantly, these interactions have shaped me as an individual, a husband, and a father. So many wonderful people have shared countless hours of wisdom, fun, and good times with me. My journey began with expectations of educating people about their trees and the environment. As it turns out, I unexpectedly received an education in life along the way.

This is a tribute to all of you. It is our honor and privilege at Wachtel Tree Science to serve you! We cannot thank you enough for the contributions that all of you have made to our personal lives through our interactions with you. Please know that we care about you and truly consider you to be an extension of our family. Thank you all and we hope to see you again soon!!
