How Did You Get Your Start at Wachtel Tree Science and Why Did You Choose Wachtel as Your Employer?
When I was in school, I had a friend of a friend who worked here. They were so passionate about the industry, the company, and trees. Once it was my time to choose a career, Wachtel seemed like an obvious choice. It has been such an amazing place to learn, grow, and challenge myself.
What Do You Like Best About Working at Wachtel Tree Science?
Every day is different than the last. I have never been bored working with trees. Every day is a new challenge, pushing me to be better than I was yesterday.
What Advice/Tips Do You Have for Aspiring Tree Care Professionals?
Not having any experience or knowledge in tree care during my undergrad, I would encourage aspiring arborists to take the leap. I never dreamed of doing this when I was little, but I can’t imagine what I would be if not an arborist.
Hobbies and Interests:
Spending time rock climbing, kayaking, and skiing with my wonderful husband.
