I have been working in the green industry for most of my life. It has been over 35 years specifically working in and around trees. Working for a family run business, I gained my passion for the outdoors and trees. This inspired and guided my career path to Milwaukee Area Technical College where I obtained an associate degree in Arboriculture. I have held an ISA Certified Arborist certification since 1996. I have been with Wachtel Tree Science for over 20 years and am currently the South Regional Manager. My primary goal now is continuing the development of our recently opened south location. Part of this role includes supporting our Sales Team, which entails visiting clients on their properties. You may just see me reviewing your property, touching trees in the process!
I am supported in my life by Tina, partner of 16 years, and our 5-year-old daughter Charly. I can be found hiking the woods, gardening, fishing, cooking on my smoker, riding my motorcycle, or sledding thru our rolling Mukwonago property. The outdoors is my “Happy Place” and I introduce the importance of nature to Charly any chance I can get. While indoors I enjoy fishkeeping, wood working, and watching all Wisconsin sports teams.
Trees are my passion, and I approach every client’s trees as if their trees were my own.
